When an unscrupulous would-be investor steals the software and prepares to sell it to a Singapore company, Ahbay follows him there. To his surprise, the company's marketing and public relations head is Alisha, now Alisha Merchant after getting married and divorced. Alisha has a 6-year-old daughter, Tania, who is a smart, precocious, uncontrollable terror to her babysitters. Alisha mistakes Abhay, who she doesn't recognize, as the new sitter she was expecting. Taking it as an opportunity to get to know her better, Abhay takes the job. But he needs to win over Tania and confront the man who stole his software. Finally, because of the song that Tania sang in her school function, Alisha realizes she loves Abhay.
